The IRSC, "Iranian Seismological Center" performs the time-domain moment
tensor inversion of three-component broad-band waveforms using
ISOLA
software to determine focal mechanisms of Iranian earthquakes with
magnitudes of about 4.5 and greater. In addition to the INSN, "Iranian
National Broadband Seismic Network" (at
IIEES),
and IRSC
data, all available near-regional data are used.
The Project
is performed by H. Hosseini under the supervision of M. Pakzad. For any
