Statistical report of earthquakes

 from 21 December to 19 January

Seimic networks of IRSC recorded more than 776 earthquakes in Iran from 21 December to 19 January .
Most of the earthquakes have magnitudes between 1-2.

Figure 1 shows number of earthquakes with respect to magnitude from 21 December to 19 January and Figure 2 shows location of earthquake epicenters.

Five earthquakes with magnitude grater than 4 have been recorded in this mounth.

The biggest event occured near Faryab in Kerman province.
